That's not a bug.
That's RAM that is needed to play this compressed GIF file .

I want to ask you guys, why GIF banners make laggs on TS client? I created a gif banner and after i updated it on server options..
After this a lot of people PMed me because they have a very big lagg on client!
Can i do something in this case? Or just i need to leave the GIF banners?
In the future this thing can be added to SV Side?

It's probably caused by that all gifs are driven by CPU. It's pretty heavy process.
You could try to lower the resolution and frame rate of image to make it easier to process...

If I set an animated .gif banner on the TeamSpeak server, the TS client memory usage will be high (1200 MB).
