TS3 blocking my IP from connecting to only ONE server. Second time.

Out of the blue a few days ago, I was disconnected from my groups paid server. I am not on the bans list, I have admin and I've checked it myself from my cellphone using LTE and not my wifi... I can connect to ANY other TS server with no issues on my PC and internet. Same with my laptop, any other server fine. Uninstalled, re installed, restarted. Nothing fixes it.

I then decide to VPN to a friends connection and with their IP, this connect immediately. I called my ISP and had them release my IP two days ago... Low and behold it INSTANTLY worked again! Connected no issues for the past two days and now out of no where again, disconnected with no reconnect.

Seeing how many people are having this problem and the complete absence of answers is extremely disconcerting and frustrating to see. Not calling my ISP once more for an issue that's clearly on TS side.

Does anyone actually have a solution to this? Will someone actually affiliated with TS look into this? Or is the only answer that I am to move the group to a new IRC?

You said this is a "paid" server. Have you checked with your hosting company to see if perhaps their firewall is blocking you or maybe they use ddos protection and that is causing the issue (It's happened to me before).
