Lightbulb Server move from centos to ubuntu 14

    Hi there,

I am trying to move from a centos server to an ubuntu one. The new server has a new IP etc and I have it running however when I transfer any files such as the ts3server.sqlitedb the server says its started and to see the log details but on trying to connect it won't allow me too.

From the move i need all groups and permissions and also the server channels, files and such are no biggy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

    Rob

Open the needed ports on your new server.
Check your server log for errors.

And make sure, that the server config isn't bound to the old ip (in case you did this with your old server)
The IP in your server log should show 0.0.0.0.

We have ~million of threads about that topic.
