How to Access Channels based on their icon?

Hi All,

We've created Server groups and each have its own icon -

Is there a way to create access to a channel based on their icons?

Server group "Drivers" can access channel "racing team"
Server group "Skydivers" can access channel "clouds team"

if an user doesn't have the correct icon, the user won't have access to a specific channel

Looking forward to your idea, suggestions, solutions

This can be done with channel groups, all you do is set a needed join power on the channels e.g. a needed join power of 10, then make a channel group with 10 join power. Duplicate the channel group and change the icon, then assign the two groups to the users that are supposed to have the icons in that channel.
