I lost my server admin rights in a free ts3 server given me by adverts removed, but when i try to connect to it from the software Putty it says me: Network Error: Connection Refused.
What is the problem? How can i recover my server admin rights?

The connection was refused from their server. It's a clear error message telling you what happend.

Please contact your hoster, maybe he does not allow any query connection or does use another port.
