how to upload an icon to local icons through ftp

I don't really know what to put as the title since its such and oddball question, but I was wondering.

How could I go about uploading an icon to FTP or something and it showing on all my teamspeaks instead of just one. (I have an NPL and have two seperate teamspeaks, one for me and one for my buddies guild on tera.) Like you have the custom icons and then the local icons and what i want is for the icons that i upload through FTP to show up on the local side, but i don't know how to do that

Please upload them trough the icons dialog. It's the only supported way, if there is no backup of your files folder with these icons included.

I mark this thread as "not possible", because we can not give support for that even if it would be technical possible.
