A specific server group needs to join a specific channel with password

Goodafternoon gentlemen,

I've recently been busy with my Teamspeak 3 server and have some questions related to permissions.
I've made a server group called "Member" based on Normal and I've made a channel called "Members only" (This channel has a password).

I want that the group "Member" based on Normal is able to join the channel "Members only" withouth entering the password.
Please note that I have more groups based on Normal, so I want only the "Member" group to be able to join the channel "Members only".

Is this possible? And if so, could anyone explain me how to?

Please note that I am not an expert within permissions.

hello,

what you sofar explained and what you want is quite hard to accomplish.
1.) You cant assign Server Groups with certain Channels!

2.) when that "group" have the right "b_channel_join_ignore_password" enabled they can skip any channel with a password!
the only thing i can think on would be
3.) possible with a Channel Group what includes serious handling of the Permission system and assign and revoking of those rights to the specific persons

3.1) Ther server requieres a Multi Group acceptable Permission design like

3.2) The Channel should be another Tier 1
3.3) the Server group Member's Only must not have "b_client_skip_channelgroup_permissions" enabled
Then your goal is near to your requirements
