Basically I wont to know if i can assign a group/rank to an ip, so when the owner of that ip eventually joins they will automatically receive there rank. If I need have a new tool developed it can be arranged, I just mainly want to know if its in anyway possible at all.
This is not possible without a bot or something like that! What you already did answer to yourself.

I guess I did answer my self in sort of way and about the bot do you know of any which can already do what I described? because i do not want to get one made if its already been made:P
