specific server bug - a single server "doesnt work"

Hello , since yesterday i got a problem with my Teamspeak Server im hanging out every day .
If i connect to this server my rights are not shown , it looks like the server is empty and i cant switch channels.
But if i connect similar on my laptop , im in the lobby with right and so on in the lobby of the server.
It only looks like the server "wouldnt work" , but there is no problem with the server.
I can connect to every other server , those who i visit more often too , only this single server "doesnt work".

I can connect to this server , but with the problems and i get reconnected every 50 seconds.
It shows this log if i join:

I tried to solve the problem by myself with some friends , i re-installed
teamspeak 3 too , and now the it wont update anymore for any reason .
