Question Recommended Hardware Requirements for max. recommended usage

I would like to know, what are the maximum recommended virtual servers and slots per instance in case of being an ATHP and what are the recommended system requirements therefore?

In general we recommend a maximum of 200 virtual servers per TeamSpeak 3 server instance.
...and what about the slots per instance?

Interesting requirements would be "RAM", "HDD" and "CPU".

I hope, someone can answer everything.

    TS3 server hardware requirements

I'm considering setting up a ts3 server using some leftover computer parts, since I've been led to believe that the system requirements are not astronomical (the info page with the requirements doesn't go into much detail).

What I want to know is the aproximate requirements regarding CPU and RAM for a given number of client slots, assuming a single core SSE2 capable CPU (Pentium 4 or Celeron for example). In other words, what's needed to run a server smoothly.

The server will be used by a WoW guild and a few random ppl, so there will likely not be any need for more than around 30 slots.

If you want to know the system requirements, look at the system requirements.

Running the server on a non-GUI linux needs far less RAM than stated there.
