Mute while holding button (Push to mute)

    I'm using auto-voiceactivation.
Is there a way to bind key to mute?

Years ago I was using a tool for Teamspeak 2 with "push to mute"
I wonder if there is way to do this in Teamspeak 3?

    Push-to-mute, exists?

Got an unusual question as in the topic name. I was wondering if there is something like a push-to-mute microphone button. I mean, a hotkey that works exactly the same as PPT, but it mutes our microphone. I need to mute my mic often while I play (a conversation with parents, sister, a phonecall) and it's quite annoying alt-tab the game and get back to desktop in order to check if I'm muted or not. Does anything similar to this exist? Or maybe you've goy another solution for me? Appreciate any help in advance xx

Question to this, why don't you use the normal Push-To-Talk function?

You can also use a normal Mic mute or toggle hotkey.
Go into Settings > Options > Hotkeys. Now add Microphone > Toggle Mic.. Mute or add Microphone > Mute Microphone

    Mute while holding button

Is it possible to mute my mic in teamspeak while holding down a button? When i play csgo with some friends + randoms who are not in ts i want to make call outs in csgo but i want to be muted in teamspeak while i press down the push to talk button in csgo. i use voice activation in teamspeak, so if i want to make a call in csgo my teammates in ts hear it twice.

my csgo push to talk is mouse4 - so when i hold down mouse4 i want my mic to be muted in ts.

    Yes it is.
Just use the mute function (On key down) and unmute it (On key release).
