Server CPU usage after machine change

Hello. How are you guys? After we moved from XEN to KVM vps with same spec (cpu, ram et cetera), my teamspeak 3 server (moved by copy/paste, nothing changed) is using too much cpu. Right now with 300 users online, we use about 80-107% of cpu (40% per core) without website and others things turned on. Before moving, we used about 60-70% with 1024/1024 online and with website. We didn't do anything. There are no error logs, warnings and others. Any ideas?

150% of cpu ??? Really? CPU usage ends at 100%, at least in windows.

Depends, how you measure it. Multicore CPU could go over 100%, if you count cores separately.
