Cant connect to server via web browser

Hello,

So I googled if this was even possible, and I found several threads indicating that it was. So I followed the format but cannot connect through Firefox or IE. Chrome is not installed on this machine.

I found an FAQ that only affirmed other peoples' posts about format; so that was not helpful. I tried both ? and & in the syntax as well. I can't even connect to the basic ts3server://voice.teamspeak.com

Help would be appreciated.

For Windows*

Please execute the binary createfileassoc.exe (as an admin) and then try again.
The binary can be found in C:\Program Files\TeamSpeak 3 Client

Thanks for getting back to me.

I tried it on my home machine (with teamspeak installed) and it worked. I guess I didn't fully understand that the client was still needed. I originally was at a campus computer (without teamspeak installed), and I was hoping to connect to the server through the browser, without requiring the client program.

I think this would a good feature for the development team. Can you pass this on to them, or do I need to fill out an idea form or something?
