You'd need to create channel groups which provide you with the required join power. Then you make the main channel as sub channel of the lobby. When someone is inside the lobby, people could assign them the desired channel group to give them access to the main channel (the channel group is inherited to all sub channels by default).

I think I still don't quite understand what you need. Please explain in more detail. One line as description of your problem is simply not enough.

When you connect to ts to put you first into a room (Welcome) as in the photo that I have above, and after approval to enter into any room

The photo shows a spacer which was used as a default channel.
Right-click your servername -> Create spacer and fill in the name [cspacer0]->->Welcome<-<- and then set it as a default channel.

    Code:
Use "[?Spacer#]Text" to add one. Where "?" can
be an alignment (r = right, c = center, l = left). If "*" is used, all chars
after the spacer-tag will be repeated until the whole line is filled. Change
"#" to get an unique channel name, the value doesn't matter.
Example: [cSpacer0]a centered text, [rSpacer1]a right aligned text.
Check also the five special spacer: "---,...,-.-,___,-.."

Also, you'd need to revoke the Guests the permission to join channels (either set i_channel_join_power to -1 and enable skip or delete b_channel_join_permanent, b_channel_join_semi_permanent and b_channel_join_temporary) and then grant them some other server group which will allow them to switch between channels.

Need help creating channel headers please. :)

I have seen other TS servers that have Channel Headers but I cannot figure out how to do this. I don't even know where to look for it. Please help me out with a step by step explanation how to do this. TS never fails to leave me confused. Lol. Thank you very much!
