    SVR Help with 123-Reg

    Im struggling with setting up a sub domain for my Teamspeak server. Could I have some step by step instructions with 123-reg. Here are some images that I can see:

    To properly setup a SRV you need a hostname not an IP.

    Heres a ip ive got: speak2-5.teamspeak.net:29700

    Hostnam is
    _ts3._udp.yourdomain.tld or _ts3._udp. depending on your interface.

    Priority is 1

    TTL 86400 or something

    Destination is 5 29700 195.154.40.51

    except that the target MUST be an FQDN that has an A Record

    So yeah, 195.154.40.51 is not a valid target. You must use a domain that has an A record. Luckily, your existing server address has an A record. Simply use this as target:
    1 29700 speak2-5.teamspeak.net
    (the first number is called weight and is ignored by TeamSpeak)
