    Host message editing

As server admin I can edit the host message but my other officers can not. I tried to add the permissions to the officer group and to the person specifically but get a insufficient permission modify power error. Can only a server admin do this? I do not wish to make them server admins just for this one task.

    Thanks for the help,

The permission to edit the host message is called "b_virtualserver_modify_hostmessage". You'll need to assign that to officers to allow them to edit it. However if you receive an error upon doing so, the hoster has only allowed you to change the host message but not to give that privilege out to others.

Thank you. It was a setting by my hosting company.
