query_ip_whitelist.txt ignored by TeamSpeak 3 Server

    Hi,

i'm making a bot that runs in the same server in which teamspeak server is installed. I inserted 127.0.0.1 in query_ip_whitelist.txt to bypass the anti flood system but my bot got banned! Why this happens?

Perhaps because your bot doesn't connect to 127.0.0.1? May be you connect to the real IP. In that case you need to white list your IP also.

    A guess:
    - you did not wait 5 Minutes
    - the server can not read the file (permissions or data related)

I have already added my external ip, I wait for five minutes and if I check the teamspeak log there is the updated whitelist

Then it is either a permission problem, or you're reading wrong files.

Now, query_ip_whitelist.txt is set to 755, is that correct?

cipi, in your bot configuration, what IP address you use?
and also paste contents of your query_ip_*.txt files.

What is error message(paste it, because you might just understand it wrong)?
    What bot you use?

My bot use 127.0.0.1 as ip address

    The content of query_ip_whitelist.txt is
    91.121.151.223
    127.0.0.1
    93.40.139.113

    query_ip_blacklist.txt is empty

The bot is written by me in python.

The error in the logs is:
query from 8 91.121.151.223:52403 attempted to login with account "serveradmin" and failed!

No it is correct because when I male simple requests like the client list it connect and execute the query but if use for example the ban command the bot get banned (executes 3/4 command at the same time)
