How can I edit i_client_max_idletime with serverquery?

Well, stupid thing happened: some "serveradmin" was playing with permissions and he set i_client_max_idletime=0. Now everyone who connects gets kicked off immediatelly.

Can I somehow edit this value (revert to default) with server-query admin account?

You can try YaTQA. Easier than learning server query.
