    Random lag, poor audio quality

I had a "Teamspeak3" Server with seven virtual servers that turned out very well OVH OVH server.

In recent weeks, I transfered the TS3 server (with mysql database) on a virtual machine (Debian 7) of a ESXi5.5 server. On this virtual server, there is only the TS server.
Since migation I audio quality problems, ping ... Last night we were only 6 people to connect among all virtual server and we had ping up, poor audio quality.
I try to reinstall the virtual machine to change the OS (Debian 7, ubuntu server).
The Linux server is not at all responsible for: (i referrer test tonight with more people connect)
    CPU 1: used at 0.1%
    CPU 2: used at 0.1%
    Mem: used 248 / 3968MB
    Swp: used 0 / 8188MB
    Bandwidth: 913 Mbits / sec

    Server version:

    I no longer mind.
I am ready to do all the testing you want.
A little help from you would be great

    Thank you in advance
