    restrict the user to access one folder only and deny all other folder in D: drive

    Hi,
    I am running windows server 2008.
    I have a user to which I need to set permission so that he can access only one particular folder and deny access to all other folder.How can i set the permission.
    Its very urgent Please help me .

    1. Set users i_ft_file_browse_power , i_ft_file_download_power and i_ft_file_upload_power to -1

    2. Set target channels i_ft_needed_file_browse_power , i_ft_needed_file_download_power and i_ft_needed_file_upload_power to -1 too

    we have many users created in the server.In that one user(w2wconnect) needs to access only one folder which is in D: drive and restrict all other folders to him(w2wconnect).All other users can have full access to all drives and folders.I want the permission settings in detail

    This is impossible. I thought you meaned filebrowser when you used the word folder.
    You can restrict the filebrowser per channel and not a folder per filebrowser or folder on your harddrive.
    Please use an FTP software for this.
