Failing to connect to friend's server, can connect to others just fine.

Just the other day I was able to connect fine to the TS server I normally go on. Suddenly I can't get back on now since I accidentally connected to the same server right away. I don't know what happened, but here is the client log to help speed things along.

Now I just get failed to connect to server and have been looking for multiple solutions. I've tried a lot of stuff, but getting professional help is a little better right?
