Connection not possible to a single server

Teamspeak Version: 3.0.16
Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition

Problem Name: Connection Issue
Occurence: Never until March 2015, Always afterwards
Serveradress in Question: ts.eldercraft.de (5.196.6.188:9987)

Additional Notes:
- Connection to all other Servers still possible, including all other favourites and random picked servers.
- Server in Question is online and nobody else is having trouble connecting to it.

Steps already taken, trying to resolve the issue, without success:
- Checked Firewall
- Reinstalled TeamSpeak
- Connection attempt with various different Names, Identities and Adresses
- After confirmation from the Owner, i am not banned or blacklisted

Problem Reproducing Order:
- Open Teamspeak
- Try connecting to ts.eldercraft.de
- "Trying to connect to ts.eldercraft.de"
- "Connection to Server failed"
