Where to send translations for 3.0.16 and newer?

Client 3.0.17 will deliver new language packs by default.
New language packs will be Spanish, French, Polish, Portugese, Russian, Turkish.

Currently we do not take language files from others if they match our files.

How many reviewers would you want for that?

None official language pack:
1. Send Chris (or me) the files.
2. We create a task for developer.
3. We reply when files are updated.

We don't need anyone to review any files.

Official language pack:
We deny to take the files

Edit: I don't know who creates the official files.

The new Portuguese translation is wrong and missing proper translations, why would you deliver such bad work to official clients? I am constantly receiving emails from users asking me to fix the translations that you guys messed up...
