    "No Suitable Audio Device"

Hello everyone! I am new to Teamspeak but have been attempting to install and use this software to connect with others on a game we play together. Unfortunately, I seem to have no luck.

When I first installed it, I heard my friends long enough for them to say 'hello'. Then, suddenly, I heard no sound (though I get sound in other apps).

I checked and rechecked the settings, but nothing I did seemed to work. Then, suddenly, it closed on me and ever since, I've been getting the following error: "no suitable audio device'.

Below are the specs listed for my tablet:

Android 4.4 Kit Kat OS, 1.9 GHz Exynos 5 Octa 5420 Processor (1.9 GHz Quad Core + 1.3 GHz Quad Core)
16 GB Flash Memory, 3 GB RAM Memory

If anyone would be willing to help me, I'd be very grateful. Thank you!

    Amanda

    Which device is this?

Have you tried to change the playback mode or frequency under Settings (tool icon) -> Audio Settings?

I have looked under the sound settings but don't see an option for playback mode or frequency under my tablet's settings. If you are referring to settings in the software itself, I can't even get it open at this point. As soon as I try, it gives me that error and then closes the software.

    Thank you for your help!

I tried this morning and the software actually opened. However, I can't get any sound. A test fails and says invalid setting. I'm not sure what to do.

Please do not try to open the sound settings while you are conencted.

Can you enable logging? It's the last menu item in the settings.
This generates a logfile on your Device and it shuld be stored under Device/storage/TS3/logs or something like that.
Maybe this log file helps us.

I just recently upgraded to android 5.0.2 and am now getting this same error. I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S. Never had an issue with the app before. I am unable to access any settings in the app and have uninstalled/reinstalled as well as cleared app data and cache without resolving the problem.
