Teamspeak 3 Issue, I can find no fix.

Today when I started my PC and went through my daily routine of checking in on Teamspeak 3 on my clans server, I ran into some trouble.

I've never had issues with TS3 before, but now I seem unable to get the program to launch.

Whenever I try to launch Teamspeak, the following messages pops up:

    'D:\Program Files\Teamspeak 3 Client\ts3client_win64.exe

The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.'

I tried looking up fixes, but found none. I also tried re-downloading the program, but when I try to run the downloaded file, I get the same message. I also can't uninstall the program via the directory it is installed in, because this messages keeps popping up.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

    Thank you!

There is problem with your Windows or Hard drive. This is not TS related.
