Can't add permission for Priority Speaker

So I got on my teamspeak 3 server and noticed that my friend was in an channel and had priority speaker he had not permissions and he was on yesterday and didn't have priority speaker but it was only in that channel. I tried to remove it but it keeps showing insufficient permissions here is a video of me trying to fix all problems that are possible that I thought of. My name in the Teamspeak server is Zeref.

You destoyed your Server Admin default permissions.
No Value in Grant set in your current Group = You are not allowed to set/edit/remove this permission anywhere on this server.

The permission i_needed_modify_power_client_is_priority_speaker with a value of 75 should be added to your group via ServerQuery.

Please use the forum search in case you don't know how to use the ServerQuery.
