    Can't Apply Certain Permissions

For some reason, my Teamspeak wont let me apply certain permissions to certain groups, it wont let me create new groups with the certain permissions, and I can't edit different kinds of power like join and modify for channels. I am the owner of the server and have all the files. Please help!

What I mean is that, I try changing a channel joining power to 20, but when I do this it says "Error Applying Permissions". I don't no why it does that since with my rank on the server says I can edit channels.

    1. You need i_channel_permission_modify_power to edit channel permissions.
    2. Also every permission you like to edit somewhere must have a Grant Value!
    This means in your case

The permission i_needed_modify_power_channel_needed_join_power with a value of 75 should be added to your group via ServerQuery.

Well, I got Putty working and all, right IP, port and everything. But for some reason, when I do "help" nothing happens and then eventually it says "Connection Timed Out"

Are you really connected? Check your port forwardings and firewall settings.
Did you wait more than 5 minutes after conenctio nwas opned? This is a normal and behavior then.
