Group Cannot Add More Members to Itself

Hello. In short, I'm trying to get channel admins to be able to add others as channel admins (for understanding purposes), and I'm unable to get it to work.

Below are two quotes that I came across regarding this issue:

    From Matthias B's reply here:
...if you wish Group A to be able to add members to Group B, then the "i_group_member_add_power" of Group A needs to be greater than or equal to "i_group_needed_member_add_power" of Group B...
    From the TeamSpeak's PDF Guide:
...To add a client into a server or channel group you need a i_group_member_add_power value that is greater or equal than the i_group_needed_member_add_power of the specific group...

... Additionally for either removing or adding a client from or into a group your i_client_permission_modify_power must be greater or equal to the clients i_client_needed_permission_modify power.
Based on the stated, it should work for the following configuration (UPDATED per post #4):

    P. Name Channel Admin Channel Guest Skip/Negate on Server Group?
    i_group_member_add_power 50 no value No
    i_group_needed_member_add_power 50 no value No
i_client_permission_modify_power no value no value No
i_client_needed_permission_modify_power no value no value No
    i_group_member_remove_power 50 no value No
    i_group_needed_member_remove_power 50 no value No

    But it doesn't... clues?

    Forward thanks.

You also need i_group_member_remove_power with equal or higher value as i_group_needed_member_remove_power in old channel group.

@dante696, per your reply I added "Channel Guest" column and the two REMOVE rows to the table in the OP, the NEEDED REMOVE for GUEST was 75 and I changed that to 50, yet it doesn't work.

Sorry for being late, busy hands...

    First
Remove i_group_needed_member_add_power and i_group_needed_member_remove_power from your Guest group.
These permissions make no sense in the default channel group as long all groups do have a i_group_member_remove_power of 0 or more (Not set also means a value of 0).
Your setup would work but the permissions setup make no sense.

    Second:
Open the permissions overview on such user with CA and then search why i_group_needed_member_remove_power fails.

"First" is done & updated at OP.

"Second", I assume you meant to examine P.O. to figure if any other configuration is overriding the 50 into a lower value? It doesn't seem there is any.

Ah, here's the thing, Channel Guest is not the original, it was made from a Regular Group, and so was most (if not all) the Server Groups. Channel Admin is the only active original right now.

I'm assuming you were asking for the permissions overview of both clients? attached.

    & sorry for being late.

    I fail to reproduce this.

I did create and change groups that they match your permissions.
But the CA with server group N3 is always able to assign CA to a user from server group Guest (copy).

(I did remove the unimportant stuff from the txts)

Here is my server DB (Server Groups are N3 and Guest (Copy) / Channel groups are channel Admin and Guest)
