Never can edit my description

For whatever reason, the "Change Description button" is Greyed Out on every server I go to, whether or not I've been there before. I can still change my Username and Avatar and all my settings, but just not my description. I'm on the latest version of TS3, and even though I'm not sure if it's relevant, my security level is 21. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Server group do not allow to set a description by default.
The permission b_client_modify_own_description is needed to set/remove your own description

Grey automatically means "A permision does not allow you to do an action" or "This is not possible"

So you're saying that even on Teamspeak Public, you don't allow people to edit their descriptions? And I've seen people on the same server I'm on change their own descriptions as well.

Their server, their rules.

It depends on the servers configuration set by the owners if they allow description and to whom.
There is no "right" that any user can change this on any server.

Last time I checked, you were allowed to edit your description on Teamspeak Public. Despite that, I can't do so on my computer.
