    Can't reach TS3 server

    Hello again!

Thanks for helping me on my previous problem with setting up my TS3 server.

Now with my server running I got one final problem:
I cannot reach my server through the client.

    Here goes my _0 log:

    Code:

    and here comes my _1:
    Code:
    2015-06-24 12:09:00.900482|INFO |VirtualServer | 1| listening on 0.0.0.0:9987

All ports should be open as netstat -nutpl proves:
    Code:
    tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:30033 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 22107/ts3server_lin
    tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:10011 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 22107/ts3server_lin
    [...]
    udp 0 0 0.0.0.0:9987 0.0.0.0:* 22107/ts3server_lin
As you can see in the log, I was able to reach the server via telnet-query qithout any problems. But still I'm unable to reach the server with the client.

I tried to connect through multiple Domains and of course with the one and only IP (the same I used for the telnet query).

Pls, be my hero and solve this with me!

Is there any firewall-script, that maybe deny the connection to specific ports?

Please append an output of your firewall.

Since this is a managed server I do not know excactly which scripts are running in the background. Is there a way to check that for me as a non-root user?

    Thank you for your time!

Maybe there is a webinterface, where you can check this.

If there is no way to check by yourself, please ask your provider, which firewall-settings are set on your server.

The following ports are needed to be available for connectiong to your server:

9987 (UDP) is needed for voice-connections.
30033 (TCP) is needed for filetransfers (optional)
10011 (TCP) is needed for query-connections (optional)

Please check, if the mentioned ports are available remotely, otherwise contact your provider to open the ports within your firewall.
