Unable to connect to a specific server in PC #1, but can to connect in PC#2

Hello, i've read a lot of threads here about people not being able to connect to a specific server, and this is happening to me for about 5 months now, but before, i could just add the port or use the numeric IP of the server and it used to connect just fine. Now it doesn't, i've disabled my firewall, i've changed the prefered DNS server using the recommended from namebench, and of course tried to reinstall TS3. In different users in this specific computer it also doesn't connect, the thing is, when i try to connect to the same server using a notebook with Wi-Fi, i am able to connect. Dont know what to do anymore, and i really dont want to reinstall Windows, please someone is able to help me? Thanks and sorry for bad grammar

maybe you are banned?
have you tried without 3rd party plugins?
fresh install?
you seem to have some audio problem
