    Domain Forwarding

    Hello,

First, my English is realy bad... Sorry for this but I need your help.

I have a domain from GoDaddy.com, it is: welovegaming.org. I have a Microsoft Azure Web Hosting(For my website) and Microsoft Azure Virtual Server(for my teamspeak server).

I want to use this domain for my WebSite(like www.welovegaming.org) and for my Teamspeak Server (like ts3.welovegaming.org).

My Teamspeak server ip: 23.97.254.73:9987 and wrath.cloudapp.net:9987

I already forwarded this domain for my website(main site domain: wlg.azurewebsites.net) it is okay no problem in this.

I try something on my GoDaddy panel. There is a screenshot: http://i.hizliresim.com/6kY1AW.png

And this screenshot from my tsdns_settings.ini http://i.hizliresim.com/ZV2qra.png

And my TSDNS port (41144 TCP) is open there is no problem.

But I cant access to my TeamSpeak 3 server with ts3.welovegaming.org still...

Please help me with low English Thanks for your help.

That's because you're using cname which doesn't work.

Your best option would be to add an SRV record on GoDaddy which looks like this:

    Code:
    _ts3._udp.welovegaming.org. 3600 IN SRV 0 0 9987 wrath.cloudapp.net.
So with GoDaddy according to their help you would fill out their SRV DNS Fields like this:

    Service: _ts3
    Protocol: _udp
Name: either ts3 (if you want ts3.welovegaming.org) or @ (if you want to be able to connect using welovegaming.org)
    Priority: 0
    Weight: 0
Port: 9987 (or whatever port your TS3 server runs on)
    Target: wrath.cloudapp.net

    I try

I delete this cname record (ts3) and add SRV like you said. There is photo: http://i.hizliresim.com/7b8vEa.png

But it is still not working. I try edit tsdns_settings.ini like
    Code:
    ts3.welovegaming.org=wrath.cloudapp.net
    or
    Code:
    ts3.welovegaming.org=23.97.254.73:9987
    this but not working...

Is there anything else you can suggest ? Thanks for help btw

There are no valid DNS records for your domain (or the ts3 subdomain) except for the website's A record. Create an SRV record again and try verifying with YaTQA. Also note that DNS has a delay. You should wait some hours before resigning.

    Solved

It is working now. Thank you so much

Btw my settings like this now.

A Record: my TeamSpeak Server number IP ( without port ).

    SRV like Chris's advice.

And I am not using TSDNS program.

Since you changed the main A record, your website is no longer working

You probably configured everything correctly in the first place, it just took some time for the DNS to propagate the changes, which is why they didn't work for you at first. DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours.
