Hi, i have enabled the view listing of server groups config but unchecked it. I have also done the same with channel groups view. But yet guests can still see the listing.
How do i hide the listing from guests?

ok i get it something else thats not possible with TS..
Just fyi folks the reason we want to hide these things is to keep the names out of the hands of those that might want to do harm.
Its like having a combo lock and giving the crooks the numbers 10 5 13 and then telling them they have to figure out the order to get the lock open.
If crooks dont have the group names it makes it harder for the to do harm. Yes maybe they can get them via query but thats not the point.
A alarm sign in your front yard keeps out some criminals all by itself, that is the point of hiding those group listings.

You can't disable this for clients.
We don't hide and don't want to hide channels or groups from the pc/mobile client.
Only ServerQuery can be set to not list channels or groups.

So i was reading trhough this conversation here, and i dont think we really got an answer to the question. So it is possible to hide Channels?
No.
You can hide users in a channel but the channel is always visible to all users.
Hope that one is a joke or else you did not read anything in here :/
