    DNS Setup with port

    Sir how can i forward it
    for example
    my ip is 192.168.1.1:9988 so i want to setup it like ts3.mydomain.com ? not like ts3.mydomain.com:9988
    is it possible ?

    First that IP is a local one, so there cannot be any domain pointing to it unless it's a subdomain of some DynDNS provider. Given the former and assuming you actually have a proper domain name that you've control over you'd do that using an SRV record or alternatively TSDNS if you don't have control over DNS records.
