    Permanent Channel Inactive

We're a growing community, and sometimes they left, it's been a huge issues for us because when they left they did not notify us they are moving to new server, I am looking a addons to delete a channel if they're empty for a week, not including our ornament, which is obviously no one join our server rules channel, lol.

I've found one but it's dated back in 2013, I am a bit worried about it compatibility, any suggestion?

There is nothing to worry about the compatibility at all.
The channel would not exist if there is something wrong with it.
