If you are unable to install SP1, then you can use the 32 bit client or you must wait for client 3.0.20.
    Hi,

so my client tried to get updated automatically and then it crashed.

So as good citizen to run the latest version i went to website and downloaded it (after uninstalling 3.0.16) and once installed it crashed every time i try to run it.

    attached is the dump.

    Thanks.

I had the same problem. I asked my friend to copy his TS3 folder to me, and it worked.

    TS3 Crashes on startup.

    Hello.

Recently my ASUS card had problems, so I bought new CPU, ASUS card, and an SSD for the Windows OS.
Ofc that required Windows re-installation. I had my TeamSpeak 3 on HDD, I reinstalled It to the same place, though It doesn't launch. It just pops out that TS3 stopped working.

I have all Visual C++ from 2008 to 2013 installed and .NET 4.0 installed.

    The data It throws:

    TeamSpeak Crashes instantly

Ever since i updated to the new patch, I as soon as I try to start the client, it instantly gives me the message "TeamSpeak 3 Client has stopped working" with the options to check online for solution and close program or just close program. When i choose check online, it searches for like five seconds and then nothing. I have tried restarting, uninstalling, deleting local content, going to a system restore point, checking my firewall isn't blocking it (doesn't seem that the firewall is). Everything i could think of, and nothing. My friends can use it without issue. I have a fairly new computer build, though my windows 7 isn't official (Don't tell anyone) so i don't know if that is the issue or not. Thanks

Windows 7 only supports AVX since SP1, so without SP1 you basically have AVX disabled.

The i5-4460 does have FMA3 support, so you'll need to install SP1 to be able to use 3.0.17

    TeamSpeak 3 NOT starting

When i try to run the program nothing happens, after a few seconds the windows7 waiting clock stop, but TS3 doesnt open not even in the taskbar or sth. I checked the process in the task manager and sometimes there's one running, ts3_win64 client but the program still doesnt appear. I tried repairing the install, reinstalling etc but the problem persists

    merged

Partially SOLVED. I tried with the previous client version and its working, so the problem was with the 3.0.17 one
