Failed to connect to server, can't connect to any servers help!

[preasmd]

Can't connect to any TS servers, checked ports, disabled all firewalls, gone straight from the modem to my computer instead of through the router, and whatever i try i still get the same error message after about 10 seconds of trying to connect.
