Catching blocked (by permission) message in chat or blocking message manually.

I'm writing TeamSpeak 3 bot which user can talk to.

Talking is of course simple command, like weather or time. But there I have one problem: by default normal clients won't see server query clients in channel tree.

So one solution come into my mind: command !bot or !help sent in server chat will trigger bot to send PM to user who posted it. But how I can achieve it without allowing everyone to send everything on server channel? Can I somehow catch failed message in chat using server query?

Messages you're not allowed to send don't even reach the server iirc.
When sending PMs please make sure to include a reference link to the thread in question in the body of your message.
