Hello,
i can make a French translation of last Teamspeak so i have download the main French translation:

But i don't know how to editing .qm file..
What software i must use to edit these files ?

The qm files are not made to be used for editing.
Qt linguist is the program to create a translation from these files (but warning they maybe are outdated for latest client.)
