You need to get into the folder, while the dialog for the crashreport is still open.
The zip file should be deleted when you did send the crash.

    I still can't find it.
    I was looking at %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\temp and %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\crashdumps
while the dialoge was still open.

You need to go into clients config folder (%APPDATA%\TS3Client\crashdumps).

I still thought we put the new crashdumps into the temp folder.
I do not deal with crashdumps or get that much ;D

I did send it to someone who can read these dumps.

Your client log has an interesting line. But don't think that causes the crash.

This is the part where it does crash in your client.
    Code:
    DBROverlayIconNotBackuped.dll!00007ffb34b3c15e()Unknown
As i thought. The DLL is still loaded and active on your system.
You may contact Dell if you really did uninstall all Dell related software.

    Crash via avatar

As I am logged into any server, I try to set my avatar. When choosing "self" and then clicking "set avatar," my client will crash immediately after that. I have tried closing and restarting, closing and rebooting, and uninstall/reinstall. However, I still crash EVERY time I choose "set avatar."

Can anyone help identify the issue?

    Avatar/Icon Crash

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me with my problem. I have a ts3 server and I am trying to make custom ranks with Icons. And whenever I go to change the icon the file browser comes up. Then about 2-3 seconds after it comes up my client crashes. This also happens when I try to change my avatar or when I add a plugin/soundboard it will bring the file browser up then crash. I hope someone could help me if so thank you so much.

Note: I have tried reinstalling Ts3. And this happens on every server I join

Sorry to read that you have problems.

Are you using the latest client 3.0.19.3 and which OS are you using?
And you using a Dell or Alienware device? In ase of: Deinstall your Backup software because this is the reason for the crashes.

Client 3.0.17 and newer automatically reports the crashdump to the developers.
There is nothing you need to do here.

    You can do
    • Install the latest client version from http://www.teamspeak.com/downloads
    • Deactivate your custom plugins under Settings > Plugins.
    • Install latest Windows, Linux, OS X updates.
    • Install latest drivers for graphics card and soundcard and mouse/keyboard
    • Make sure you are using a supported CPU with SSE2 feature enabled to run the client.
    • Try the 32 or 64 bit client from http://www.teamspeak.com/downloads

Teamspeak crashes when i use the File Browser

I am having some crashing issues with Teamspeak3. When I go into the File Browser and either click Upload or Download, the whole program crashes. I can't even record things inside of Teamspeak3 because it crashes. I have a few crash dumps if they would help figuring out why I crash.
