No Gfx Banner with custom skin enabled

Okay,

I used a template to create a custom style/ theme for Teamspeak 3 and upon joining my server, I could no longer see the banner that is present on the server, although everyone else could, does anyone know how to fix?, is it something in the code?

any help would be muchly appreciated

I was told that skins cannot hide the banner when I asked how to remove it because I find banners annoying.

So either the banner file is no longer accessible or you actually managed to hide the banner, which makes your skin interesting for me.
