Me and my friends are constantly switching between PTT and Continues modes during games using the options menu.
I noticed there is no hotkey to do this.
A hotkey would be nice.

What you want is already possible.
1. Create a second second capture profile and set PTT in Profile1 and Continous Transmission in Profile2
2. Create 2 Hotkeys to switch the capture profiles
--> Switch whenever you need another capture mode
