    Insufficient Permission (Failed In i_client_needed_permission_modify_power)

    OK,
    I have many server groups that are all set up nicely but I want them to be able to add the normal server tag to another user.
    Lets call the group trying to add someone is called support, they have these perms:
    i_client_permission_modify_power = 55
    i_client_needed_permission_modify_power = 70
    i_group_modify_power = 55
    i_group_needed_modify_power = 70
    i_group_member_add_power = 55
    i_group_needed_member_add_power = 70
    i_group_member_remove_power = 55
    i_group_needed_member_remove_power = 70
    i_group_permission_modify_power = 55
    Grant for all of these is at 75
    This group was set up in such a way that super admins could give out the support tags and then support can give out regular tags to people.
    The regular tags perms are as follows:
    i_client_permission_modify_power = 5
    i_client_needed_permission_modify_power = 55
    i_group_modify_power = 5
    i_group_needed_modify_power = 55
    i_group_member_add_power = 5
    i_group_needed_member_add_power = 55
    i_group_member_remove_power = 5
    i_group_needed_member_remove_power = 55
    i_group_permission_modify_power = 5
    There is no grant on any of these.

    The support guys are telling me that they can see the group on the server group list and it is not greyed out, they just cannot add anyone to it because of the insufficient permissions (Failed In i_client_needed_permission_modify_power) error.

    This boggles my mind since I have set it up so that the needed powers for the normal group are equal to the perms in the support group.

    Any help would be really much appreciated!!!

    That is the support group meaning that they cannot add anyone above themselves and that the person who gives them the tag needs a power of 70 or higher to do so.
    I need to know why the support cannot give a tag that has a needed power that is equal to his give power. In this situation the normal group.

    The needed permission for the support is set at 70 so that only admins can give out that tag and then the support can give out normal tags but not admin tags. I don't get why it doesn't work when the give power of the support tag and the needed power of the normal tag are equal.

    The support tag is only supposed to be able to be given by admins who have a give power of 70
    The support tag should then be able to give out normal tags that have the same needed power as its give power but that doesn't seem to work.

    Please open the permision overview of these users.
    Then check if no channel group does overwrite any permission here.
