There is nothing you can do without access to the server!
The server instance must be stopped and started again to change the password.

The person with access has following options to set a new password:
    1. He puts the parameter serveradmin_password=newserveradminpassword into the ts3server.ini and starts the server with parameter inifile=ts3server.ini

    2. Or he starts the server with parameter serveradmin_password=newserveradminpassword

If you're talking about the server password required to connect, then you can change that any time using the edit virtual server dialog once connected.

If you're talking about your own query client, you can use Tools -> Query Login to create a new name and get a new password, or (if you still know the old one) can use the clientsetserverquerylogin command to get a new password.

If you're indeed talking about the main query account access (that you shouldn't need for any reason whatsoever) then see dante's post above.

TeamSpeak 3 Webinterface - serveradmin login

    Hello all.

Now i have been searching the internet for a few days, trying to figure out how to reset/set new serveradmin password anybody know if there is a standard for new installations or if its a random made password.

    system info.
    FreeBSD 10.1-RELEASE
    TeamSpeak 3 Server 3.0.11.3

everything is running like its supposed to i just want to set a new serveradmin password for the ServerQuery interface

    btw. installed from /usr/ports/audio/teamspeak

When a server process starts for the first time, a password for a global ServerQuery super-admin account is created and printed to the
    server console output.

    Important!
The output might look like this:

    Server Query Admin Acccount created
    loginname= “serveradmin”, password= “ifSsSm8w”
This dosnt happend when installing from ports ?

    Thanks

    Kind regards.
    Chris.
