User not getting kicked after 60 seconds

In my Teamspeak server I have it set so that (theoretically) anybody who sits in the default channel for more than 60 seconds gets kicked. I did this by settings the Channel i_client_max_idletime permission to 60, but as it turns out users are being kicked after 103 seconds (1 minute 43 seconds). Why is this delay here and what can I do to fix it?

The server only checks every 60 seconds who is over it's idle time and kicks all at once.
It will not kick, when the check did run and the user had 59 seconds of idle time.

There is nothing you can do, just accept that users can be idle with max of 1m 59 sec, when 60 seconds is the max idle time in their permissions.
