Kick Players From ArmA Server If Not In TeamSpeak

Hey, Is there any way I can make it so that if players aren't in TeamSpeak, they'll get kicked after a certain amount of time, either with LUA or battleye? I know it's possible, as I seen it done, but how would I do it? Any help is appreciated!

    For TeamSpeak:
This happens automatically, when users are inactive (do idle) in TeamSpeak.
You need to setup their maximal idle time (in seconds) with the permission i_client_max_idletime.

    For tools:
I'm sure these servers do use a bot for this. You may ask one of the hoster about their tool.
We also have several tools here on forum, that do handle idling users.
When sending me private messages: Please make sure to include reference link to your forum thread or post.

We have our own Dedicated Server that hosts our TeamSpeak and ArmA 3 server. I know ts perms 100%, but I'm not even looking to kick idle users, just looking for a tool that will crosscheck IP's and kick if not in TeamSpeak.

We can't possibly offer support for games or for how to do certain things in certain games.

Not sure if (or how) you can get IP addresses in the game in question, or whether you can write scripts for the game server in such a way that it runs your stuff every so often. All of the aforementioned would seem to be a requirement and you'll need to look elsewhere (e.g. the game's support forum) for that information.
If you can though, then you'd do that and connect to the server query of the TeamSpeak server, authenticate with an account that has required privileges and run the clientlist command which will give you all users currently connected including their IP addresses. It is then a simple matter of checking whether the ones you got from the game server are also in the list of those on TeamSpeak. If one of the players is missing in TeamSpeak you'd then kick them from the game server through your script (if that is even possible, but again you'll have to look elsewhere for that info).
When sending PMs please make sure to include a reference link to the thread in question in the body of your message.
