How do AFK channel without using function Talk Power Needed? I need a channel to plug JTS3ServerMod to option IdleCheck made IdleCheck function. Idle Time is not reset if A user does not have the right to vote.

What you wan't is not an AFK channel (per definition) then. What you want is a channel where iuser can** idle.
Not using i_client_needed_talk_power in that channel causes that users start to talk in their or whisper from any other channel to that one.
This disturbes anyone who is in that "afk" channel.

There is another option to do a silent channel (AFK) without setting "i_client_needed_talk_power"?
