    Teamspeak 3.1.1.1 update failed

    When installing the most recent patch on windows64 (Insider build 15031),
    the following error is displayed

    Code:

    Download / check product ini

    No downloads needed
    Patching addon_mover_64.exe
    Patching redist_downloader_64.exe

    Starting install condition

    Update cancelled
    Is this an isolated issue?

    It seems that the redist_downloader_64 could not be started.
    Which client version are you using at this moment?
    Does the update work, when you run the updtae again (Help -> Check for Update)?

    When updating, I was initially on the beta channel, it failed, so I switched to the stable and have the same issue
    Updating again as you have asked, I noticed that another process ran, which executed the update correctly (Version: 3.1.1.1 (21/02/2017))

    Can't update client "Failed to write xxxxx"

    Past few days we've logged on to use TS, we get a pop-up box saying something about an UPDATE NEEDED. When I click on it to "update", it gives this error message.

    Failed to write update.ini.

    We have a MAC desktop - Sierra, Version 10.12.6

    Please help!

    Please use the installer in case you still can't finish the update or the client did break.

    Unable To Update

    Downloaded TS about two months ago. I got a message saying that there's an update available recently when I opened the program. I told it to install the update. It tried. Then it stopped. And now TS does not work at all. It was trying to update to 3.1.8 on Windows 7 64Bit Home Premium

    ts3client_win64.exe - System Error
    The program can't start because quazip.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
    I reinstalled TS and then told it to update again. Same exact problem.

    Exclamation product ini error

    When i try update TS3 this show me:

    Waiting until TeamSpeak 3 Client has been closed.
    Previous update session for v. 1516614607 found

    Download / check product ini

    Warning: product ini contains invalid line in section postinstall
    Update cancelled

    I try run normal TS like administrator. Nothing
    I also try run updater like administrator. Nothing

    On both way i try show me this error. And i try look on Google but i dont find this error nowhere on net. Also this error show me for patch 3.1.5

    Unable to download update_win64.ini._lzma2_

    Hey,
    My TeamSpeak where I talk with my friends got an update but I cant run it.
    I dont know why it doesnt work I already sked my friends on Whatsapp but they also couldnt help me.
    When I trie to update Teamspeak then this message is in details:
    Unable to download update_win64.ini._lzma2_
    And I also cant open teamspeak anymore.
    I have Windows Vista, maybe its to old?
    Pls help.

    Windows Vista support was dropped last year. The latest client doesn't support it.

    Teamspeak update error

    My problem is if I want to update TeamSpeak is because there is a problem with the update.exe, I hope someone can help me.

    3.19 upgrade, and wrong country flag

    Logged into our TS server this morning, said there was an update to 3.19.. clicked on the install. TS closed, install ran and failed, which it has done on every upgrade released in the past few years. Something about not being able to patch files in the temp directory. So as per usual, I came to the website downloads, only to find that 3.18 is still there. Had it downloaded from before so I just ran the install again. Just saying...

    Second matter... our site owner is in England, has always had the British flag being shown. I think when the last update came out, his flag is now showing as Germany. He checked with his ISP, they made no changes... and when you look at his IP and do the 'whois' stuff, it clearly shows him as being in England. He also ran ipleak (ipleak.net) and it also came back and showed him to be where he really is. Not sure why the German flag is being shown...

    Hope this never happens again. In raw cases it can happen that the cached files could not be written because of a client crash.

    Can't Update to TS Client 3.1.10|TS Client kann nicht auf 3.1.10 Updaten

    [ENG]Hey Guys, i have a problem with the latest Version of TS-Client 3.1.10. If i start my Teamspeak Client, i get asked if i want to install the latest Version. After i say "Yes" to the Question, the Update starts and brings up another Fail-Message like "You have to Close Teamspeak 3 Client first". - Done!
    After that my Update starts and then breaks up at like 10%.
