Can't connect to any teamspeak server

Hi, since yesterday for no real reason i can find Teamspeak no longer connects to any server. No changes have been made to my computer.

    I'm running Win10 x64

So far i have tried the following:
    - running as administrator
    - compatibility mode (Windows 8, 7, XP (Service Pack 3))
    - restarting computer
    - rebooting router
    - port forwarding
    - allowed teamspeak through firewall
    - disabling firewall
    - updating teamspeak
    - using older version of teamspeak
    - ipconfig/release, renew, flush dns
    - clearing teamspeak cache
    - reinstalling teamspeak

    But i always get:
    Code:
<06:06:20> Trying to resolve hostname voice.teamspeak.com
<06:06:20> Trying to connect to server on voice.teamspeak.com
<06:06:26> Failed to connect to server
For every server weather i connect to dns or ip address.

    Console log:
    Code:

    Looks like UDP block.
Can you connect to your gameserver? And is it a UDP or TCP game?

Yeah i can connect to my game server its just teamspeak, i cannot connect to any server. I contacted my ISP in case it was fault or setting changed on my router or connection and they have ruled that out.

Teamspeak won't connect to the public channel either.
    i just get
    Code:
<13:31:38> Trying to resolve hostname voice.teamspeak.com
<13:31:38> Trying to connect to server on voice.teamspeak.com
<13:31:44> Failed to connect to server

OK i spoke with my ISP and they looked into it, nothing has changed on their end or mine.
They changed the frequency of my wireless as for some strange reason, i can connect to teamspeak servers when using the eithernet cable but not on my wireless connection, it has them confused but changing the frequency helped for about 8s then the problem came back.

I'm going to make a new account on my computer and see if that helps incase its a something in a user setting that is causing a problem, i doubt it but we'll see.

i'm open to any other suggestions.

So making a new account failed. its definetly something to do with my wireless connection. its annoying though because i get a worse connection using my eithetnet cable so its either play without teamspeak or use teamspeak and don't play. really irritating..

I spoke with my ISP for the final time tonight, and the they think its a faulty router, I will come back to the thread when the new router arrives to let you know if the issue is fixed.
