Try to run the client without Echo reduction and/or cancelation.
This setting can be found under Tools -> Options -> Capture

Can Barely Hear Other Client's Voices...

Hello. I've been having some trouble with Teamspeak recently. When I am talking to other people, their voices cut in and out and I cannot hear everything they are saying to its full extent. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling TS and am not sure what else to do. I am not getting any packet loss, the only things I can think of are to upgrade to Windows 10 or maybe it has something to do with running other programs that produce sounds in the background. Please help, I've been having this problem for two months.

    Thanks

    Sounds like our echo cancelation.

    In case of:
Just disable or change the value for "Echo reduction" to get this solved.
This feature be found under Settings -> Options -> Capture

It's enabled "Echo reduction" and the value in "Echo reduction reduces playback by:" causing that.
You can find these settings in your Capture profile under Tools -> Options -> Capture.
